SPRING WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All items sold in FULL FLATS
  • 6 flat minimum for any custom grow requests, subject to office approval.
  • All products subject to availability.
  • Net 10 days (1.5% service charge added after 30 days).
  • 3% Convenience Fee on all wholesale orders paid for by Credit card.
  • No personal checks without prior approval.

EARLY SPRING SEASON (MARCH 1ST – APRIL 15TH)

  • Pre-ordered material cancelled after January 1st will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Pre-ordered material not taken before April 15th MAY incur a 50% fee.

MAIN SPRING SEASON (APRIL 15TH – JUNE 10TH)

  • Pre-ordered material cancelled after February 15th will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Pre-ordered material not taken before June 10th MAY incur a 50% fee.

SUMMER SEASON (JUNE 15th – JULY 31ST )

  • Pre-ordered material cancelled after March 1st will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Pre-ordered material not taken before July 31st MAY incur a 50% fee.

LATE SUMMER SEASON (AUGUST 1ST – AUGUST 15TH )

  • Pre-ordered material cancelled after April 1st will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Pre-ordered material not taken before August 15th MAY incur a 50% fee.

RESERVING PICKUP & DELIVERY TIMES

  • All pickup orders must be scheduled at least one business day in advance. Orders will not be pulled same-day, unless approved by the office.
  • All delivery orders must be scheduled at least two business days in advance.

CLAIMS

  • All product claims must be made to Fred Holasek & Son Greenhouse within 48 hours of delivery. Please return products to be claimed before credit is issued, unless authorized by our office.

DELIVERY FEE

  • $60 minimum delivery charge on all orders. $85 delivery charge on all orders under $1,000 (unless combined with other deliveries in the same area.) For deliveries over 50 miles from Lester Prairie, $.85/extra mile will be added.
  • If diesel prices rise above $3.99 per gallon, minimum delivery will be $100, delivery on orders under $1,000 will be $125.
  • Please provide help to unload your delivery! $100 charge when we unload alone.

RESTOCKING FEE

  • There will be a restocking fee of 15% for order changes within 48 hours of delivery and 24 hours of pickups.
